[1]: I have been watching and practicing the techniques shown on your videos. I thing they are really a good help to boxing techniques improvement.
The observations, details and the analisis that you do on each particular technique are important. What I like the most are the lateral movements, the work on the bags and the inside fighting.
In conclution, the videos have a great instructional material. You did a good work and I would like to buy any other videos you might produce.
p.s.: I want to say thanks to Mr. Jesse Rodriguez for his pro boxing lessons that can be seen on several boxing sites.

[2]: "I am writing to comment on the tapes I received. When I first put tape # 1 on and started watching it I thought 'Oh Man what did I buy' but you said just keep watching for 2 weeks so I did.
Now after 2 weeks I can said with a smile 'Boy was I wrong! Jesse is a true student of boxing and it's obvious he has spend thousands of hours studing his craft'.
I am very impressed with his knowledge of boxing and his method for teaching it. And also to Carlos for being in touch all the time. You are very professional and sell a great product ...they are great!! Thanks You"
[3]: "I got the tapes and am presently going trough them. They are really good. I think boxers in America are a lot more technical, as a lot of this stuff has never been show to me in the gym where I train"
because of this customer # 2 we might change the sub-title in our Home Page to: "Boxing techniques and moves rarely taught... in America!".
[4]: "I want to congratulate the boxingimprovement's team because of the great work they did. Everything on the videos is important and each technique shown on them can help any fighter.
Their techniques has help me to better visualize and figure out my opponents. Also their advice has helped me to be prepared for any style. What I paid for the videos is nothing. What I have learned from them is priceless. Keep up the good work!"
[5]: "I have not seen the last videos because am still watching the first ones!! especially those parts where you show the moves going backwards, sideways, rolling & waving, etc. I think that these techniques are very helpful for coordination an rythm.
I practiced some for a week and it pay off when I did sparring the following week. I felt good and confident. Also several of my fellow fighters told me that my technique looked very good.
But my trainer didn't said nothing positive!! When I did the "Detroit" move he got mad and told me off!! even though my sparring partner got all my lefts and especially my right hand!! I was surprised by his attitud. It made me move to another gym and now I have a new trainer. I hope to keep improving my skills. It's a bad thing if you decide not to make more videos because they are very thorough!! Regards"customer # 5 wrote this letter several months after he received the series.
[6]: "I have waited 2 weeks to review your videos before sending you feedback. Unfortunately, I have only been able to review tapes # 2 & # 4... The combined tape of 2 and 4 I found to be interesting. The techniques demostrated offered advanced ideas to develop a boxer's basic tools.
Combining punching with movement (especially circular and lateral movement) is especially valuable to the experienced amateur eyeing a pro career. The exercises and drills on the bags are good for developing this skill. An amateur who can hit on the move will have a considerable advantage over one who can only punch when standing still.
The fact that you fill these tapes with advanced material is a double edged sword. I feel these moves are best suited to the experienced journeyman boxer who has mastered the basics and has excellent fundamentals. They are no substitute for good, solid, basic boxing fundamentals. A beginner or intermediate level boxer who does not have rock solid basic techniques is fooling himself if he thinks he can cut corners with some fancy moves.
That having been said, the advanced level boxer needs to differentiate himself from the rest of the experienced pack of bulls with picture perfect basics. That is when ideas from coaches such as yourself come into play. The Johnny Tapias, Naseem Hameds, and Roy Joneses of pro boxing owe a great measure of their success to very UNORTHODOX techniques and moves. At that level, one cannot afford to be predicable. These guys and their coaches can pick apart predicable fighters 8 days a week.
So in conclusion, I like your insights into boxing technique... Keeep up the good work" see letters from customer # 20 to figure out whom else this series can help improve their fighting.

[14]: "Thanks again for the tapes, I'm still studing them... I look forward to tape number 4"
[15]: "...I hope that your tapes will help me learn some new tricks and remind me of things I might have forgotten. There is not much in coaching down here (Las Vegas). I have worked with all that are around here and none know much more than me. I hope your tapes will be an asset to me personally and help me in my boxing business. So, I would like to purchase the boxing tapes that I saw advertising in "Ring" magazine. Thanks and I'll let you know what I think"
"I ordered your tapes several months ago and have been slowly watching them. I am very impressed with the things you show... I haven't finished tape three but would be interested in tape four... I'm enjoying the tapes very much"over a year later customer # 15 wrote another letter...
"...Man, they are a great tool for me... I have been reviewing tape two that has the rolling movement where you hook to the body and head. I have been teaching the movement and am going to add the punches tomorrow. It is great to have the tapes to review. I always refer back to them when I want to add a new trick that I don't know to my boxers..."customer # 15 is talking about "toe-to-toe roll-punching", a major technique.
[16]: "...your videos are very instructional"
[17]: "I got your recent letter asking if I had any questions about the videos and if I wanted to know about tape #4. the answer to both is yes..."
[18]: "Your tapes are great... and am using alot of the stuff you show. Looking forward for your third tape!"later after study video # 3 the same customer # 17 wrote...
"Excellent work!..."
[19]: "Thanks you for sending me those tapes; i watch them almost every day, I have learned alot of things from them (1 & 2). Tell me how much money I need to send you and when is your new tape going to be ready?"
[20]: "I'm writting you to tell you that I believe the best chapters of boxing history has yet to be written as you said in the Boxing Digest. I want to be the greatest boxer ever! I want to learn everything that could so I can be the greatest boxer ever. I will like to win many amateur championships, then the Olimpic Games, then the undisputed ---weight champion. Then go on and break alot of world records!
I train hard and hope it happens. My trainer teaches me everything he knows but I know he don't have all the answers. So I read the Boxing Digest and read your ad, about the tapes (two I believe) and thought that it might help me to acomplish my dreams and goals. I also read the other ad about left hooks and footwork of Ali, and about retreat-countering, and all the rest of those good stuff you mentioned. So I hope you really have that stuff the way I can learn this...
p.s..:If what you really know what you said you knew in the Boxing Digest, I will train and practice harder, and master the hooks of Robinson, footwork of Willy Pep and the other good stuff I need to know to be the greatest boxer ever in history!!!!
I'm willing to be the student of a trainer who can teach me all of those great boxing qualities!"
the same customer # 20, one of the earliest ones, wrote a second letter (shown below) 2 years after he received tape number 3.
"I would like you to send me a copy of tape number 3 & 4. I had bought your tapes long ago, back when you only had tapes 1 & 2 then you sent me tape 3, but I lost it. So I would like for you to send tape number 3 again and I want tape number 4 also, send it to me as soon as possible, please, I have enclosed..."
